Our EMW Poutine Week entry is a play on Cajun Chicken Alfredo. We start with hot and crispy fries, then add stringy, melted cheese curds, homemade creamy alfredo sauce, blackened Cajun chicken strips, and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
We named it Poutine Envie because Envie means a hunger to eat something in Creole (where Cajun originates).

Our poutine starts with Iceburg signature fries which is topped with hand shredded oven baked chicken, mozzarella cheese, Iceburg gravy, sweet Thai dressing, homemade pickled red onions and finished with crispy Chinese noodles.
Our Beef shawarma turns and slowly roasts for hours and hours, basted in its fat and its own juices. Thin slices of meat are shaved from the surface and served; they are tucked inside a warm flatbread, topped with our homemade garlic and white sauce.
Our fresh and juicy chicken shawarma is marinated with flavored spices; pairing it with tomatoes, pickles and other fresh veggies helps to bring out all of the flavors.

Our own crunchy churros made fresh daily and tossed in cinnamon sugar. Dressed with homemade caramelized pineapple, prepared with real vanilla. Finished with our signature white-chocolate milk crumbs, whipped cream cheese, and a light drizzle of caramel.
