We have fantastic local cuisine! The community asked for it, (and ate lots of it) so we’re back again with more food and a twist: Pizza! It’s once again time to put our local restaurants to the greatest test. The taste test.
Through the last week of January, visit the participating restaurants and try their exclusive EMW Pizza Week pizza! At the end of the week, we’ll crown the pie with the most votes, the 2021 EMW Pizza. Choose your favourite pizza, and remember to vote with your stomach!

Our “Beefy-Brisket-Birria Pizza” is made up of a Clash of two Authentic Mexican recipes. The “Huarache” being the Mexican Street food Staple version of the “Mexican Pizza“ and then you have “Birria”.
It starts with a thick corn dough crust, making it naturally gluten-free. We then add a layer of our house-made refried beans, mozza cheese, our slow-braised brisket stewed in the flavourful consume broth aka “Birria”, Cilantro, Mexican pickled onions, and a drizzle of guacamole to finish it off. It is served with a side of the beefy seasoned broth for dipping.
We’re serving it as personal sized pizza, it will be an 8 inch crust. Gluten Free, and can also be dairy free.
Pulled pork, prepared from scratch, tossed in our smoky barbecue sauce, then paired with sweet yellow peppers and red onions, mozzarella and smoked Gouda cheese. Baked to perfection and finished with our poblano ranch drizzled on top that brings everything together.
All pizzas are sold whole on a 15″ crust, no slices.
There is a 10″ gluten friendly crust at no extra cost
There is no lactose free option.
Our signature sourdough is hand-stretched into a light, fluffy crust and stuffed with mozzarella cheese.
The sauce is a delicate blend of rich tomato and herbs made specifically for this pizza by owner Andrew Penner.
We layer Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Monterey Jack, and Provolone on top and bake it to a perfect golden brown.
To finish, the crust is brushed in our own garlic butter and a garnish of chopped, fresh parsley is sprinkled over the pizza.
We will be selling a 10” pizza by the whole only.
Hand stretched Focaccia crust topped with a blend of our homemade Hot salsa blended with refried beans and seasoning, Next we add shredded chicken with a Guajillo pepper sauce then topped with chopped green peppers, onions, and mozzarella cheese all baked to perfection. Finally, we finish it off with Iceberg lettuce, lime sour cream, and homemade Pico de Gallo.

Want a pizza with a bit of spice and sweet? Look no further than the Chicken Bonanza Pizza. Blanketed with our sweet honey garlic base, with a mixture of mouth-watering toppings. Capped with Indian butter crispy chicken, plus a swirl of BBQ sauce, created on our famous large pan crust, so it’s perfect for sharing, even though you won’t want to.
Made with our in house homemade pizza sauce, freshly baked and shredded beef, diced onions, corn, wedges and gravy drizzled on top.
Our pizza will be sold by full pizza, sizes small 9″, medium 12″, large 15″ and
X-Large 17″. Also gluten free pizza we carry in a 10″ shell.
Customers can ask for lactose free cheese.
This errant knight recently came to us bearing gifts of delicious south American inspired classic tastes like chimichurri sauce to add an explosion of fresh herbs as a base to build on with a quarter pound of fresh Brazilian barbequed beef tri tip that will get your taste buds firing like a wood burning pizza oven down at King’s deli. Crown this knight the king with a ring of bell peppers and dub it sir with a savoury drizzle of Peruvian inspired Aji Amarillo sauce.
We are excited to share another delicious dish as unique as the many different people that call this valley home inspired by the one thing that brings everyone together.

Take a dive into our Japanese inspired pizza!
Our hand pressed dough is made daily and topped with a teriyaki base, a rich sriracha honey chicken, red onions, plenty of sesame seeds, fresh thinly sliced radishes, a spicy sriracha mayo and finished with nori.
This pizza is rich, sweet, spicy, and nutty, bringing you some of the best flavors from Japan while still being true to the ingredients that us locals have come to love.
Featuring smoke beef brisket, on made in house Alfredo sauce with Bothwell 4 cheese blended topped with sweet pickled red onion, green peppers, banana peppers and homemade bbq dressing. Slaw on the side (slaw suggested on top of the pizza).

15” Cracker Crust pizza made with our mouthwatering signature beer cheese sauce. Topped with seasoned ground beef, mushrooms, pickles, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Drizzled with extra beer cheese on top.
Served by the slice with lettuce, jalapenos and sliced tomatoes on the side.
Pairs nicely with our handcrafted beers and old-fashioned sodas. All locally brewed.
Made on homemade dough, this pizza will take you through 4 different flavour profiles.
In the first quarter, you will find yourself in a realm of sweet and spicy with ham, pineapple, and jalapeno cheese. The second quarter is topped with ground pork, green jalapeños, and feta cheese. Then we go to quarter # 3 which comes with Salami, fresh tomatoes, and nacho cheese. To top it all off, the last quarter is sure to impress with chicken – grilled to perfection, red onions, mixed peppers and a healthy heap of mozzarella cheese.

Set atop a decadent chocolate chunk cookie crust, this cookie pizza is designed to guide you into a dreamy sugar coma. Topped with a creamy chocolate ganache sauce, red velvet brownie log slices, fresh raspberries, rainbow sprinkles, and a rich and delicious cheesecake crumble, this dessert is a quick and easy remedy for your sweet tooth.

Are you up for a challenge?
We have three contenders for you to battle your tastebuds against. First level is a warm up; garlic, feta, red onion and green pepper accompany the sweet of pineapple, and the heat of Buffalo chicken and banana peppers on this pie. Topped with a mild hot sauce and ranch drizzle.
Want more? Level 2 removes the pineapple and we crank up the hotsauce to the next degree. To finish we dust the crust with buffalo seasoning and beautify with ranch. Level 3 is a no holds barred fire fest. We bring jalapenos to the party and a hot sauce that packs a wallop
with aged Cayenne Peppers and Big Daddy Habanero. Crust is dusted to guarantee lip tingles right till the final bite and a ranch drizzle brings hope of cooling the flames.
With the options of cauliflower crust and vegan cheese, everyone has a chance to battle!

Beef Taco / Chicken Taco Pizza has Salsa Base and the Toppings includes Lean Beef / Chicken, Jalapenos, Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatoes and Sour Cream.
